Freshness and reality gates
A listing should not become public or indexable until required fields, declarations, photos, duplicate checks, abuse checks and confirmation gates pass.
Seller declaration
Sellers must confirm they are responsible for listing accuracy and understand ThisIsYours provides software fields rather than sales representation.
Private data remains private
Private full address and seller contact details are not public by default. Public display starts from outward postcode or approximate area unless explicitly allowed.
