Home Move is being prepared as an agency-visible discovery channel. Approved agencies can apply to display active sales listings with clear agency attribution while buyers are directed back to the agency for enquiries, viewings and next steps.
ThisIsYours Home Move provides private property tools and passive marketplace software. Sellers or agencies create and control their own listing content. ThisIsYours does not price homes, negotiate, check legal title or funding, manage offers, progress sales or handle client money.

Agencies can view synthetic demo homes, the future customer search experience, demo listing detail pages and noindex provider status pages. The preview shows how images, agency attribution and Smart Buyer context could appear without making any live listing public.
Demo cards show agency logo placement, branch attribution, brand colours, profile copy, accreditation badges and disabled contact cards. Real listings require agency permission, admin review and agency responsibility for accuracy before any public display.
Smart Buyer context is decision-support only, not a valuation/advice product. Buyers should verify details with the responsible agency and qualified professionals.
Only approved active sales listings should be displayed. Public display remains subject to ThisIsYours admin review, agency permission and the right freshness/public-display controls.
The intended agency model keeps buyer enquiries, viewing requests, offer handling and sale progression with the agency unless a separate approved integration changes that later.
Agencies can use Street Property Feed API permissions in a future admin-assisted setup. Tokens stay server-side, imports are tested internally, and public display is not automatic.
Agencies can ask to pause or remove approved listing display. ThisIsYours does not act as the estate agent, negotiate, value, manage appointments, progress sales or handle client money.
